Shipping Orders
Most orders are processed within 5 days business days, with the exception of custom items. This processing time plus shipping time will determine your delivery date. If an item will take more than 5 business days to process, it will be stated under the product description.

Shipping Options
Most of our products ship USPS ground service. Please provide a street address, we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product, your shipping destination and the USPS delivery service you choose. Upgrading your delivery service will increase your price. Please note that if using a shipping service other than ground service, the processing times still apply. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees charged by USPS to redeliver the package.

International Orders
For orders outside the contiguous United States, (including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico), we ship via USPS First Class International. You will be provided a tracking number with with you can track your package. However, please note: your order may be subject to additional shipping delays caused by customs, importation inspection, search, weather and more. We are not responsible for any import taxes, levies or fees. If you have any questions please let us know!
