We are only able to offer a refund if your order was place within the last 90 days, but we are happy to send a replacement product if your order is damaged. We can not offer a refund or replacement if the product was improperly used or was not purchased from our website. If ordered from a distributor your will need to contact them regarding a refund or replacement. We make every effort to ensure you get the product that best meets your hydration needs, and so we are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will be happy to send a return shipping label if your order is electable for a return or replacement.

Improper Use: If there is any evidence to suggest that the customer has improperly used the product in any way, the product will no longer be eligible for return, refund or exchange.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
