In order to assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defect prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective it may be eligible for replacement at Clearly Filtered's discretion. If there is evidence of improper use, the product may not be covered under warranty and it may require that you purchase a new product. Warranty is limited to normal wear and tear and does not cover usage outside of what is reasonable.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Typically we do not provide a return label for used items being returned.
We ask that you inspect your shipment upon receipt of your package. Please notify us if there is any damage right away.
Returns will be accepted if the company determines that the product does in fact fall within the terms of this warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved should this occur.
We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer an 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can return it for a full refund.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product.
Improper Use: If there is any evidence to suggest that the customer has improperly used the product in any way, the product will no longer be eligible to return, refund or exchange.
Products that are discounted within 7 days after your purchase date are eligible for price adjustments. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details to receive the price adjustment.
Once you place your order on our website, it will be processed in our warehouse within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with the tracking information once your shipment is on its way.
We always offer free shipping everywhere in the United States. We use the US Postal Service for the vast majority of our domestic shipments. You should receive your shipment 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the cost of shipment will be automatically calculated once you begin the checkout process. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost once you enter your address but before you make any payment.
International orders generally reach their destination 14-21 business days after shipping.*
Please be aware that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated by the individual countries when the package arrives and are based on the value of the product.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Unfortunately, Clearly Filtered cannot predict these charges or make any adjustments to the rate.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
