In order to assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defect prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare, however if you feel that the item is defective it may be eligible for replacement at Clearly Filtered's discretion. If there is evidence of improper use, the product may not be covered under warranty and it may require that you purchase a new product. Warranty is limited to normal wear and tear and does not cover usage outside of what is reasonable.
Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Typically we do not provide a return label for items being returned.
We ask that you inspect your shipment upon receipt of your package. Please notify us if there is any damage right away.
Returns will be accepted if the company determines that in fact, the product falls within the terms of this warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved should this occur.
We never like purchasing things that don't meet our expectations either. So we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 90 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product you can return it for a full refund.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product.
Improper Use: If there is any evidence to suggest that the customer has improperly used the product in any way, the product will no longer be eligible to return, refund or exchange.
