We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can return it for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Items are eligible for exchange only after 31 days and up to 60 days after purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any refund/exchange. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges on purchases older than 61 days, nor are we able to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com. No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 61 days.
Replacement Filters - Pitchers and Bottles:
For Pitcher and Bottle Filters, unused filters may be returned for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly handled or used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. In the instance of multipacks, you are able to return any unopened/unused individual or multipacks for a per filter refund up to 60 days after purchase or for a 50% refund up to 24 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any refund/exchange. We are only able to accept returns of purchases from clearlyfiltered.com.
Inline Fridge Filter and 3 Stage Under the Sink System:
For Inline filters, 3-Stage Under the Sink System and Fridge Filters, you are able to return your filters within the first 90 days of use. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. After 91 days and up to 18 months, you are eligible for a partial refund, minus cost of return shipping. Proof of purchase is required for any refund/exchange. We are only able to accept returns of purchases from clearlyfiltered.com.

Products that are discounted within 7 days after your purchase date are eligible for price adjustments. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details to receive the price adjustment.
Once you place your order on our website, it will be processed in our warehouse within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with the tracking information once your shipment is on its way.
We always offer free shipping everywhere in the United States. You should receive your shipment 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Orders valued at $300 USD or more will require a signature at delivery.
All Clearly Filtered® products are transported via an unaffiliated independent shipping carrier. Any and all products purchased on this Site are delivered to you via these independent shipping carriers. Clearly Filtered® is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred to your purchased products by these unaffiliated independent shipping carriers.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the cost of shipment will be automatically calculated once you begin the checkout process. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost once you enter your address but before you make any payment.
International orders generally reach their destination 14-21 business days after shipping.*
Please be aware that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated by the individual countries when the package arrives and are based on the value of the product.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Unfortunately, Clearly Filtered cannot predict these charges or make any adjustments to the rate.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
