Warranty Information
In order to assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defects prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective, it may be eligible for replacement if we determine it is due to faulty workmanship or materials. Clearly Filtered offers a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage caused by tampering/misuse of the item. This warranty does not cover filters. Should your Clearly Filtered item be damaged through unconventional use, we will replace it for half the current retail price plus applicable sales tax.

Refunds
We strive to make sure all of our products fully meet your expectations. If they don’t, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Used filters (any filters that have come into contact with water) or any exchanged items are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com. Returns that are not accompanied by the proof of purchase will be exchanged for store credit. No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 30 days.

Price Adjustments
Products that are discounted within 7 days after your purchase date are eligible for price adjustments. Please email info@clearlyfiltered.com with the order details to receive the price adjustment.
Shipping Information
Once you place your order on our website, it will be processed in our warehouse within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email with the tracking information once your shipment is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We always offer free shipping everywhere in the United States. We use the US Postal Service for the vast majority of our domestic shipments. You should receive your shipment 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the cost of shipment will be automatically calculated once you begin the checkout process. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost once you enter your address but before you make any payment.
International orders generally reach their destination 14-21 business days after shipping.*
Please be aware that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated by the individual countries when the package arrives and are based on the value of the product.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Unfortunately, Clearly Filtered cannot predict these charges or make any adjustments to the rate.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
