This program does not constitute a contract, there are no termination fees. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at info@clearlyfiltered.com. Cancellations made through your customer portal must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. Cancellation requests via email must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the day before your next order is scheduled to process. If your order is scheduled to process over the weekend, your email cancellation request must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the Friday before that weekend.
